Our texting program is still being set up with the wireless carriers. Until that’s finished, we aren’t sending texts from (678) 821-9809. These terms apply once texting starts, and to any consent you give before then.

Who sends the texts

Texts in this program come from Internet4Events, a brand of Resifi LLC, from (678) 821-9809.

What we send

• Texts about your event: replies to questions you send us, quote and proposal follow-ups, site-survey scheduling, event-week service updates and technical support.
• Marketing texts: occasional offers and check-ins about future events. We send these only if you checked the separate marketing text box.

How you join

You join by checking one or both optional text boxes on our quote form, or by texting (678) 821-9809 yourself. If you text us first, we reply about what you asked; that doesn’t sign you up for marketing. Joining is never required to get a proposal or book. We don’t buy phone lists or add people who haven’t agreed.

How often

Message frequency varies with your event and your request.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don’t charge for texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You may receive one final text confirming you’ve opted out. Replying STOP also stops our marketing emails and sales calls. You can still reach us by email or phone about your event.

To stop only marketing, tell us by email or phone, or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

If you want texts again after opting out, contact us. We’ll confirm with you before any texts resume.

Help

Reply HELP or INFO to any text, email [email protected] or call (678) 821-9790. Call for anything urgent on event day.

Delivery

Wireless carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts work on most U.S. carriers.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and consent. Mobile information and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and its date. We won’t use a change to start sending you a kind of text you didn’t agree to.
